1. How billing works
Membership costs the annual price shown on the membership page and at checkout. It is charged in full when you join, after your application is approved. Your receipt shows the amount, the date and the period it covers.
2. Renewal
Membership renews each year at the then-current price. We email you at least 14 days before the renewal date, so you can cancel first if you choose.
3. How to cancel
Cancel from the billing page in your account, or email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the year you paid for, and we confirm the cancellation by email.
4. Refunds
If you cancel within 14 days of your first payment, we refund it in full. After that, payments aren’t refunded for the rest of the year. Where the law gives you a right to a refund, you keep it.
5. If Anchor ends your membership
If we suspend or close your membership for a reason other than a breach of the Terms of Use, we refund the unused part of the year, calculated by day.
6. Membership is not an investment
Membership fees pay for club services. They are never investment funds, deposits or capital contributions. A refund of membership fees has no effect on any investment you made separately.
7. Questions
